We have been an active Chromebook family for many years and have never had a problem with it until now. Bought an Asus C423NA for one of my kids for Christmas. However, after about 2 weeks it started turning off (with battery >80%) until it stopped turning on. No problem, I thought. Ultimately, we are all bound to encounter some issues with the technology. Revain took care of the exact replacement of the element very quickly. Unfortunately, the second showed the same problems after 2 months. And it is no longer possible to deal directly with Revane. This is the first time you have to deal with a warranty issue and not wait for it. I hope to come back to this review and add a positive review/rating. ******* 5/10/2019 Update ******* Asus rep who replied to my original comments on the Revain review), the Chromebook has been doing slightly better for a few weeks. However, on 06/05/2019 a cycle of spontaneous shutdown (on full charge) and periodic impossibility to turn it on again began. The proposed fixes are no longer valid. As the purchase is no longer within the 30-day Revain Prime window, I emailed Rodel at Asus directly (cl-rodel@asus.com) on 05/09/2019 for a warranty promotion or refund.
