Update: October 11, 2020: I haven't returned windows for a long time, but Xiken customer service provided me with some technical drawings and that was me able to reflow a few solder joints (mine and hers). It works out! So, although there were initial problems, it's working. Customer service was great and the preamp works as advertised. I'm curious to add a few other ICs, but that's for another time. -------- -----------------------First Review: Looked good at first, but didn't work in my current settings. I'm not sure why yet. I have 11.8-0-11.8V DC powering the board but no output. Trying to track down the supplier's contact information has been challenging so this review is in hopes of getting in touch. Once I figure out what's wrong I'll update the information accordingly. I still have hope!
