The ease of use to create digital certs as well manage them throughout their life cycle from creation through renewal is exceptional! So far we haven't had any real issues with it but I am sure they could be found if you look hard enough (and there are support channels!). It would help us more easily track all our certifications across multiple platforms such that when someone asks "where was this issued" or similar questions in relation to my work email etc., then i can just point at where its actually showing up instead having 10 places/10 accounts each pointing me towards different locations within those systems which makes tracking much easier than before - especially now since some companies have started using 1 account per person rather allowing people access via separate applications so not knowing who's logs were used previously has been difficult unless very comprehensive search terms applied initially!
