Very soft and perfect fit. It's very big, but the way it falls doesn't make me feel like I'm swimming in it. I'm 5'9" and 137 pounds. It falls about 3 inches down the middle of my thighs and down the sides to halfway down my knees. The sides are tied with ribbons and it's very pretty! I can't wait to wear it to the beach! It's VERY easy to snag, so be careful.
