My face ALWAYS feels tight after washing, no matter what cleanser I use. I have very dry, middle aged Scandinavian skin. It helps reduce feelings of tightness and slight itching, but I've noticed that my face also turns red after applying the toner. Of course, my face also turns red for almost no reason.
