I was so excited about this product that as soon as it arrived I jumped out of bed and took it to the bathroom to try it out. I naturally have SUPER thick and medium coarse hair as I have red undertones. It usually takes me forever to dry or style my hair because the heat has to last longer. I also have multiple sclerosis, which tires me out when the irons are too heavy or take too long. It literally took 10 minutes from start to finish and not difficult at all. Very happy with this purchase and the ease of use!
