COMPLETE FAILURE. You will love it until you put it on your body, especially when you try to use it on your back and shoulders. I buy an older version every few years and swap out when the battery life starts to drop. In the previous version, there were no problems with the head falling out. It hasn't failed for me in 3 years. However, it probably fell out 10 times with this device during my first full-body use. I wanted to throw it right through the wall. The original device fits your body much better and is not as bulky as it is in your hand. The only thing better about this new version is 1) battery life and 2) trimmer (handpiece with selectable length of cut). ). The trimmer end doesn't drop as far as the previous model as others have stated. However, there are a few things I need to watch out for. I used the original model at a length of 2mm (equivalent to 2mm I believe) but the new model set at 3mm (the lowest setting available) cuts to the same length of 2 in the old version mm. maybe 2.5mm, but they are very close. . The problem with the old model trimmer is that the retractable/retractable combs or tines (or whatever you call them) break VERY easily. Especially the ones on both ends. In that regard, the new block appears to be more solid.
