The team at BrighterAi built an incredible reputation for their work with the GDPR. Their customer service was exceptional as well, which is very hard to come by but they had it down pat. There was nothing that I really disliked about this deal. It solved my needs perfectly. We were struggling with having our customers' data stored safely. We needed a way to anonymize their information without giving any personal information back to them so we could still use their data to find insights. This GDPR compliant solution did just that! I like that it is easy to use, and you can customize what information they have access to. It is pretty good for protecting your data. It is expensive compared to other services, so if you are looking for a cheap option this may not be for you. You will need to do some research before choosing a service. We are trying to protect our customer's data from being used by third parties without their consent.
