Have to use it without the back

The front part is fine and useful for what I need it for, but the back was difficult to put on (especially without any instructions to help). Also, once I got the back on, it continuously attempted to shut my watch down. Thanks to my settings, it almost succeeded in contacting the police with an emergency call. Once I took the back part off I didn’t have anymore issues.
