Best jacket for a small dog I have ever bought. I never write reviews but this is a great jacket. My dogs weigh about 15 pounds. I bought a small one. It fits them perfectly - very easy to adjust the size with the rows of snaps. Easy to turn on and off. Not overloaded, so no uncomfortable wearing. Feels very warm due to the additional lining. Waterproof (but not stiff or noisy fabric) for rainy days and high visibility reflective tape for night outings. Great jacket for your money. I've spent twice as much on Petsmart and Petco coats which aren't as good. I would definitely buy this again. Only negative is the latches are plastic so I don't know if they wear out quickly but for the price I could buy 2 over the winter and still be happy.
