Review on 🔌 White RAM EJ-3520-WBX Electric Trailer Jack with Drop Leg - 3,500 lb. Capacity by Josh Hamler

Everything was fine until yesterday. The goods arrived quickly and installation was not long in coming. Worked great. Yesterday I started preparing our caravan for the upcoming holiday week. The jack is retracted but is now lowered. The battery is fine, the fuse on the block is fine, but the motor does not lower the jack. I am currently monitoring their customer service department to verify warranty information. At the same time, I still have to prepare for my vacation and there is no way for her to find a replacement before I leave. FYI, a 7/16 head with a half inch corded drill will raise or lower the device. So disappointed UPDATE: After returning from holiday I was able to email PSE Jacks. They reacted immediately and will send a new jack tomorrow. I don't have to return the bad jack. That's great customer service and I expected nothing less from a Revain supplier. I hope I have luck with the replacement.
