I received my bottles very quickly and was happy to refill them. The box was damaged on one side and smelled of mold. At some point he obviously got wet. The labels were damaged and although there was a bonus item I wanted to try them. Luckily the bottles were very well packaged and undamaged. I contact the seller to warn him about water damage and he suggested I replace the kit. It was very nice of them and they replied quickly! I am very pleased! Additionally, these are some of the tightest sealing rollers I've come across. I had no leaks from multiple bottles that I used immediately. Even throwing them in my bag doesn't leave any oily residue! And despite tight sealing, they can be easily dismantled. The tool is cute and can help anyone messing with it, and the funnels are a huge bonus, especially if you're sloppy with your carrier oils.
