Product: KabelDirekt Pro Series Y Stereo Splitter - 1 x 3.5mm plug, 2x 3.5mm socket My area of application: Car radio. Stereo. I have a KabelDirekt 3.5mm cable that connects from one jack on the splitter to the factory car stereo auxiliary input and the other KabelDirekt 3.5mm cable is a 15 foot RCA splitter that goes to the subwoofer leads in the trunk. Replacement of a splitter in a hard plastic case. My Experience: I chose these cables because I need a good quality shielded splitter that I can plug into my phone without removing the case. This cable arrived a day early, sealed in a plain clear plastic bag, packaged in standard blister mail with no signs of wear or damage. It looked very strong and flexible. Installing the cable was pleasantly simple and straightforward. This easily clears the hole in my hard plastic phone case. The connectors were just right. Strong and smooth connections. Once everything was plugged in and turned on, I immediately noticed the subwoofer increasing in volume, leading me to believe the transmitted signal was cleaner and fuller (higher voltage) than previous cables and wires. I also noticed that the audio from the car stereo was very clear with less noise when the phone was not playing audio. It looks much better than the previous install. I now have the matching cords and plugs that are pleasing to the eye (and the ear). The matte black or super dark charcoal color of the wire frame is very beautiful and easy to hide. The refinement at the joint ends looks elegant and of high quality. Overall, I am very satisfied with the KabelDirekt cables. I have no complaints, only compliments. These are very good quality cables that I would recommend to friends and family. Pros: - Sturdy construction with a thick cable and nice metal connectors on the ends - Pigtail can bend into tight corners - Sound quality is excellent, definitely above average with no audible hiss - Shielding in this cable is excellent - Looks fantastic (like on see the manufacturer's photo) - Good price and quality Cons: - Don't know
