So I recently bought a Moxie and Co. sushi gun, thinking it would be easy and fun. Well after a failed attempt to make the ugliest congee. i'm tired again The rolls turned out good but i was sad because i personally like the rice on the outside of my rolls and you can't do that with a sushi gun so i decided to order this old fashioned bamboo roll, i decided to to give her a try. . To be honest, I watched YouTube videos on how to roll sushi and it turned out to be the easiest solution. Take a bamboo roll and unfold it so the lines are vertical. Place a piece of plastic wrap on the mat. Put some sesame seeds in it, spread out the sushi rice in a square the size of a seaweed paper, put the seaweed paper down, put the ingredients about 2.5cm from the edge, roll up, pin and continue like this until the end, remove the mat and plastic wrap. Wet a very sharp knife and cut. This process was so easy I'm not sure what I was initially afraid of and I had to buy this at first because I probably won't be using the missing sushi again. This mate saved me about 20 minutes without using that plastic gun.
