Fantastic product. REAL full grain leather. Lasts for many years. In terms of fit, I bought a 30" or 31" waist and a 34" belt. I use the second largest hole, which also makes the belt nice and even. Definitely go one size larger than your waist measurement as I believe it is measured from the center hole.
