Overall a great price. No, this is not military grade drop and impact protection, but I have purchased several of these cases over the past 8 years and they protect your MacBook from scratches and minor bumps. I've had cases like this, a rip after it slipped off the couch, but I'd rather see the case hurt than the MacBook. Anyway, I like to change the color every few years. Easy to put on, lasts, fits perfectly. I can access the ports without any problems. This one is slightly better than the others; Some had a sharp edge on the bottom that would cut my arm or wrist when typing or using the mouse pad. The keyboard case fits perfectly; I like the rubbery feel; Apple keys are too slippery for me. An added bonus (reading the description didn't pay attention) was an adapter (which, if purchased separately, is 1/2 the cost of this cover). Works well and has a small leash to connect to keychain so it doesn't get lost. It comes with 4 extra silicone "legs" (they disappear after a while). For the price a really great price compared to similar ones. FYI - the Apple logo doesn't show through (blue serenity) but I don't care. Would definitely buy again.
