This is a polyester dress. But decent quality. It's not clean. Size 12 fits my 11 year old. I'd say she's on the skinny side. She is about 4 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 80 pounds. The dress is long on her but fits at the top. Such a cute summer dress. Ideal for packing and cleaning. I don't dry
