Review on Felt Letter Board 10X10 (Light Blue) 690 PRE-Cut Letters Cursive Upgraded Wooden Sorting Tray by Christopher Bates

I am devastated. I've spent the last two hours clicking, rotating, and cutting out all these tiny letters and symbols (I didn't even have time to put all the pieces together), and when I finally took the letter board out of the box, I noticed that the frame did not fit properly in one of the corners. The glue has come loose (or wasn't there at all) and the wooden frame is slipping back and forth. I won't be able to glue it back together without completely disassembling the frame. I've spent so much time dealing with these boring emails that it seems like a great loss to send them all back. I have no idea what to do now. The stand that this letterboard comes with is a great idea in theory, but the board is so heavy and big that the frame can't support its weight. Mine broke the first time I tried to set it up. I was going to put this on the wall so I don't care but it's worth mentioning in case someone else is going to use it. Now I have two broken items from the same box and I'm just sad. That being said, I was incredibly impressed (aesthetically) with the packaging it came in and the presentation of the contents inside the box. The Little Hippo logo is adorable throughout and it looks like they've put a lot of effort into creating packaging that feels special when you open it. The great thank you note and instruction card was a nice touch. Obviously they spent a lot of money on the design and I think it was worth it. There are so many letters I don't think I'll ever need to buy more. The box that the letters fit in is particularly handy, although not all of the parts that come with this super kit will fit (because there are a bajillion of them). The board itself feels solid and the wooden frame is smooth. If the plaque hadn't been broken I would have given this product 5 stars. I was so excited when I first opened this package and now I don't know what to do.
