Received as a gift for a desk. It works great and is pretty big for a candy maker. The knobby plastic hoop is a cool effect, but the lid is completely pointless. It's cheap and looks good, so I just threw the lid away. The real downside is the price, but I understand they don't make millions on these gifts, so I'm not complaining too much about that. Good enough for a gift if the person really loves off-road or big trucks.
