Review on Smart bracelet HONOR Band 5, black by Cheong Yon ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Product satisfying the quality of the product, good price.

My first fitness bracelet. Review for three weeks of use. I took it in order to fix the spoiled daily routine and bad sleep, at the same time to force myself to move more. After buying a long and tedious smartphone installed several ates in a row. Although I have listed many shortcomings, I still use it with pleasure. But I will not buy Honor Band 6. Has some pros - Convenient application for Android. It seems a little confusing at first, but then it's ok. I registered a French Huawei account (instructions and videos are on the Internet), so I have achievement medals in the application and, most importantly, the data is stored in Huawei's cloud, from where it is loaded if necessary. The cloud is a necessary thing so as not to lose old data. - Color screen - Activate with a wave of the hand, if necessary - SMS displays on the screen, vibrates when making calls - Export data to Google Fit via smartphone - Convenient synchronization with a smartphone, even a permanent connection with it is not necessary. Although when training it is better to connect if you need GPS. - There is a reminder that you need to warm up, with a long sedentary sitting. A trifle, but nice With its cons. - No pressure measurement. Suddenly you need to buy for your grandmother)) - Not designed to control the player - There is no way to track the pulse at any time on the bracelet itself without pressing the option to measure the pulse. Although through a smartphone, you can enable real-time heart rate monitoring. An exception is the training mode, where you can see the pulse at any time. - Even if you stupidly toss and turn on the bed at night and do not sleep for more time, the phone will still draw a graph from different phases of sleep in the morning. You didn't get enough sleep, but Huawei's vaunted TruSleep technology claims otherwise. - Another stone in the TruSleep garden. In an eight-hour sleep, the phases change with a periodicity of 5-6 cycles. On the chart in the application, there can be more cycles, of different duration. - Pedometer. I jog, the steps are small. After training, it turns out that the number of steps is not much less than the mileage - There are few informative dials (where the date, time, steps, calories, kilometers, weather, well, and the pulse would be reflected at the same time) - In training mode, the heart rate threshold animation overlays notifications of intermediate workout results. - It's a pity that there is no possibility to work with other applications, for example, Sports Tracker, Sleep as Android. - In the results of the training regimen, there is an observation in terms of the pulse level for aerobic, anaerobic, extreme exercise and fat burning. But there is not enough such at the end of the day / week / month / year. I don’t always turn on the workout mode when I do business or walk down the street. For example, I wonder how many minutes my heart rate was within the "fat burning" range. - when the workout is paused, there is no data on the screen except for the start and stop buttons, not even the current time. - False pressing with autumn or winter clothes is possible. Partially helps wearing a bracelet on the inside of the wrist.
