I wear it while playing on the computer, it protects against the cold without adding bulk, light but comfortable. I bought a second one as a gift for a friend who had rotator cuff surgery; hopefully this will keep her from the cold as she puts ice on her shoulder (also she won't be able to wear a bra for a while and it will give her some privacy). At first I ordered her a yellow gold one, but in reality it turned out to be not very pretty, too orange, and I exchanged it for an old gray one, very pretty. Both were delivered quickly. Highly recommended.
