These casual slip-on sneakers from CASMAG look like Skechers' popular Go Walk sneakers at half the price and are exactly what they are - with half the comfort. These shoes have a semi-rigid fabric body with a nice thin rubber sole. The tongue of the shoe and the heel of the shoe have enough flexibility to allow you to slip your foot in without holding on to the shoe. This works a little better if you hold the back of the shoe with an open hand, but you can also do it hands-free. The shoes stay on the walk, no problem. Even a light walk is enough. But if you're trying to do moderate trails while hiking or want to run around in those things, you'll definitely need to use something else. Fit is what I expected. I received my normal shoe size and it fits my foot perfectly. Right around the arch the shoes feel a little tight, definitely narrower than the skaters but that's not a big deal. For those with multiple pairs of Skechers Go Walk "Dad Shoes," these CASMAGs just aren't that comfortable. They are slightly stiffer and firmer at the bottom. They can't compete with Skechers memory foam insoles. Overall you get what you pay for. And that's not necessarily a bad thing. These shoes are fairly inexpensive yet useful as casual lace-ups that you can use for quick trips to the grocery store or for a stroll around the block. I will be using them as indoor shoes that I wear when doing house renovations. They are perfect for that.
