Review on Cooling YnM Bamboo Weighted Blanket — 100% Cooling for Optimal Sleep Experience by Jim Moody

I have rheumatoid arthritis (and thus restless legs syndrome and anxiety/depression). I've heard a lot about the benefits of weighted blankets, but was hesitant because of the cost. Devoured in a flash and desperate for help, I finally bit the bullet and wish I had done it sooner! First of all, if you have Rheumatoid Arthritis I would *not* recommend using this duvet without a supportive pillow. I bought one of those U-shaped maternity pillows and it's like magic between the two. But I think this blanket would be uncomfortable without the extra support for my joints. There are so many blankets to choose from and I chose this one because of the bamboo material. I'm cold most of the time, but I tend to overheat when I sleep, so I liked that the fabric was more breathable here. That's incredible! Very soft and cool to the touch which I like a lot. I know I need a case for this and when I do I have plain ties but even without a case it's been great so far. I've had it for over a month now and I've had no sewing or distribution issues at all. I don't wake up sweaty or hot, I just feel good and cozy all night (even in the summer heat)! If you are on the cusp of it, I would definitely recommend you do it!
