Love it! This is a smaller, more compact type of shampoo rather than the usual big, heavy thing to carry around. Sucks up water like a champ! Works amazing. We have a pet and the people who lived in the house before us had a lot of pets that left a lot of smells and problems. This shampoo brought carpets back to their original shape. Surprised how well it works. Best $100 I've Spent on a Cleaning Machine. Some people say it's annoying because it has small dirt and clean water tanks so you have to fill/empty more often than with a big shampoo, but this one is so light, powerful and effective that it doesn't bother me one bit. Easy to assemble, very easy to take apart for cleaning. We bought a bissell Oxy Boost urinal cleaner and bissell Deep Clean + Oxy. Both are great cleaners. Pet One is a must-have for pets!
