I don't often write reviews because I'm not often impressed with a purchase or product. However, Cetaphil got my 5-star rating approved. I bought this lotion as I have Sjogren's disease and my skin gets very dry, especially my hands which are cracked and bleeding; very painful. A week and a half ago I went to the lake and got a little sunburn (not that bad) on my hands and I decided to look for Cetaphil for sunburn and the reviews recommended a different Cetaphil lotion (not this specific one) so I went with it but try it anyway and to my surprise he did a great job. But just today Cetaphil Moisturizer finally impressed me. As you can see in the photos I got a pretty red tan (yesterday) and I reapplied Cetafil to my back, shoulders and chest and today (2nd photo) the difference is significant. After hourly use until bedtime. The pain is gone, the sunburn has subsided and my skin feels cool. I highly recommend this product! It was a huge lifesaver!
