This is a firm support pillow. I liked my soft flat pillow - until I used this for a couple of nights, and nothing against my previous pillow, but has mostly been replaced by this one. I've never been a fan of thicker memory foam pillows, they're a bit too firm, but this pillow allows for a bit of compression and support as well. for a royal pillowcase with the rest of the room. The slightly rounded edges and the soft cover, which stays cool even on warm nights, are beautiful. Best if I sleep on my side. Rotating the pillow longer my arm is in line with my shoulder - something to keep my shoulder and neck so level, very comfortable, no more neck pain when waking up or trying to adjust to a to find a comfortable way to sleep. Because it's stiff, sleeping on your back can be a little less comfortable; It offers enough support to keep my neck aligned. Not a light pillow, but a heavier side. Comfortable back when you sit in bed and read - it doesn't flatten or fold. At first the pillow seemed odd because there is a hint of charcoal movement inside - not loud and not lumpy, but it definitely is. To be honest, it doesn't really stand out that much over time, but the first thing you notice is that it differs from other pillows in this respect. Ideal for a guest bedroom, guests will appreciate this pillow and everyone will love it. Plus, it's a great way to provide guests with a good pillow without the high cost of similar memory foam pillows. Good college dorm pillow - again the price works and there is enough support to be used as a back pillow when sitting in bed. I recommend.
