If you eat rice more than once a week, stop what you are doing and buy one. Do it and thank me later. It has made my life so much easier! I used to have to go to my barn and measure there and then back to the scullery. Now I can pull out the rice 5 pounds at a time and measure/seal using the same container. That means I only have to go to the granary twice a week, not multiple times a day. My chef was so impressed with my efforts that I'm now allowed to take a 15-minute break during the workday. Ironically, I use it to visit my old friends in the barn.
