You'll go to the hospital for stitches if you drop this. A huge, heavy, clumsy, slippery piece of pottery isn't a good idea for something you intend to wash regularly. My complaint can be extended to any oversized ceramic/glass piece that needs deep cleaning on a regular basis. I'd rate it a 4/5 if it doesn't gut me. There was a small hole/stain outside but other than that the quality was good. A stainless steel container is a much better idea in terms of safety. Unfortunately, the New Wave Enviro has been found to rust on Revain and negate the security benefit by poisoning you. I can't find any safe stainless steel flow feeders. It's probably best to go to your local home supply store and buy an electric water dispenser that's made in the USA with safe materials and backed by a lifetime guarantee. I don't know if that even exists, so good luck.
