Powerful light at an affordable price

Let me start by saying that I bought a 300w flash dot with stand and softboxes for about $700 have. With this bundle you already get 2 for the price of one. This is a great light for anyone looking to place their studio flash setup indoors. I wouldn't say it's for outdoor use unless you have portable power supplies. The trigger system is interesting. It connects to your camera's AUX input, which is where you plug your microphone into, thus triggering the flash. Not as high tech as using a hot shoe, but it works. I used it with my Sony A6300 and had no problems. The light that comes from within is good and definitely powerful. Because the flash is always connected to a power source, you don't have to worry about running out of battery like you would with a battery-powered flash. Overall this is a great place to start and you get the best value for your money in my opinion.
