Review on Tape King Clear Packing Industrial by Tim Wheeler

Revainrating 4 out of 5

The tape expert is here Weigh this tape

I tape the boxes shut every day. I've used many brands of tape and reviewed many of them here on Revain. Pros: Incredible price per yard. Probably the best deal you will find on clear packaging tape. 2.7 mil thickness gives you more confidence when packing boxes. Good adhesion to cardboard (see below for optimal use of the adhesive tape). Cons: The tape stinks. You will smell it in your room. When you use a tape recorder, the tape sounds so loud (if you don't use a tape recorder, invest in one! Best invention!) that these faint lines can appear on the tape (this phenomenon is related to the volume of the tape. They go Hand in hand). I would give this volume 5 stars based on performance. Is it the ability to stay and its 2.7 million for the money spent? 5 Stars! But what confuses him is the stench, the volume, and the possibility of lines appearing on the tape. If you don't care about these things, then buy this cassette. The price per meter is really good! I have only ever used a clear tape that has received an impeccable 5 star rating. I am not an employee of your company, I have no affiliation. They simply make the best tape on the market. This is a Daka HP260 tape. The reason is that it has no downsides other than the price. The price is a little higher, but it doesn't smell, there is no noise coming from the tape recorder and therefore it doesn't leave streaks on the tape when it is pulled off the tape recorder. It's also 3.2 mil thick, giving you even more confidence when packing boxes. Especially those that have some weight. I don't know what kind of glue they use, but no other tape maker has figured out how to replicate it. Even a brand like Scotch has no analogue. I have read many tape reviews and many reviewers leave reviews saying "This tape won't stick to my box." I often laugh when I read these reviews because it's obvious that this person doesn't know how to do it Feed used correctly. It's not advanced math, but I'm beginning to think that tape recorder manufacturers should include manuals with their tapes because people don't understand this simple principle. If you want duct tape to stick to your box, ALWAYS ALWAYS take a blunt object, press it into the duct tape and go back and forth to seal the duct tape in the box. Slowly start getting comfortable. Doing this too quickly may leave streaks or bubbles on the tape. If you have a tape gun, just use the pen to push the tape in while it's on the box. This is your "stupid thing" you use. Voila! You have learned professional technique. Now if you try to remove the tape from the cardboard, it will immediately rip the cardboard layer off. It's so well connected now.

Pros
  • GET MORE PRODUCT FOR LESS: 30 meters MORE TAPE PER PACK compared to other brands and at a SHARE OF THE COST of similar products. As each roll has a good 60 meters of extra tape, this heavy duty depot tape is a real value for money. Why spend more when you can get a total of 360 yards in a 6 reel pack?
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
