This increased my average sleep hours by 1 hour.

I've been using them for a whole month. Only missed a night because I fell asleep before putting them on. Sleep quality is definitely better depending on how I sleep with it and how I feel in the morning. I live right next to a Harley-Davidson dealership and gas station. Motorbike fanatics, but not that I want to wake up in the middle of the night. With these AmazFit Zenbuds I can fall asleep faster and prevent sleep interruptions. Sometimes they fall out of my ears in my sleep, but not often. For the first few nights, I listened to the soothing sounds of the falling rain all night. In the morning I woke up rested with a smile on my face. No pain, if you wear them all night. The next test was using an adaptive game when it determines when I fall asleep and stop playing. I didn't wake up rested, but they stayed up all night. I sleep deeper when the falling rain plays. This is based on my heart rate report. Average heart rate is lower when music is playing. A few times when I woke up, one of them would stop playing. He drops it into the charging box and removes it and wakes up again. The Zepp app associated with these AmazFit headphones is not very optimized in terms of user interface since it is used for all their wellness devices. Sleep reports are based on sensors in the headphones. It tracks heart rate and sleep position/activity. I do not think so,
