*Edited to add 8/11/2020* We received the replacement cooler today and I have upgraded my rating from 2 to 4 stars based on customer service. Although I haven't had a chance to use this cooler yet, they assure me that it passed the leak test, so it shouldn't leak. Also, they informed me that the cooler is only supposed to stay cold for about 3 hours with extra ice inside. However, based on my suggestions, they will discuss putting additional insulation on future coolers to keep them colder longer. I definitely appreciate their attempts to get it right by sending a replacement cooler and addressing the issues raised in my original review. Hopefully this cooler will perform better than our original purchase on our next beach trip. The speaker that connects to our phones via Bluetooth is quite easy after removing all other Bluetooth devices and the sound quality is actually decent. There's no volume control on the speaker, so you can control everything from your phone. The battery lasted several hours without any problems. So the speaker gets 4 runs. My complaints relate to the cooler itself. Does NOT keep cold. General. Any ice you put in it will melt very quickly and the cooler will leak EVERYWHERE. My car got wet and our drinks weren't cold. Glad we didn't have any food in the fridge that could go bad or be spoiled by the melted ice. I am extremely disappointed because first of all it is a REFRIGERATOR. I expect the cooler to stay cold for at least a couple of hours if not all day and certainly not leaking everywhere. If you decide to put ice in the cooler, I highly recommend lining the cooler with a garbage bag first to at least keep leakage to a minimum. Don't expect it to stay a bit cold for a long trip. I suspect that from now on we will only use the colder aspect for dry snacks. It defeats the purpose but it is what it is.
