turned out to be lemon. The role balance never worked. No matter how strong you adjust, the camera will roll back to a horizontal position. The replacement/new one works like a charm. Lots of people have complained about this on the forum so be aware that if there is a roller problem it could be a manufacturing issue. The second block I have works like a charm. I have a Canon 5d Mark 4 with a 24-70mm 2.8 II L lens. Everything seems fine so far. I will update the rating once I get better at using it. In the early stages, there are more operator errors than product issues.
