They definitely cover the range
My 3 year old son wears a size 4 during the day as he is quite skinny. We used regular size 5 diapers (Pampers or Sam's Club) at night for extra absorbency as he urinates a lot at night. Those regular 5's just didn't fit and we were struggling with a lot of leaks so I bought some of these Pampers Extra Protection size 5 nappies and it made a world of difference. After using them for about 3-4 months we probably only had about 3-4 leaks, which isn't bad at all. If you are looking for a size 5 super absorbent diaper then this is your diaper.
