Actually looks more like a bow than a slingshot, making it difficult for children to control. This is actually "difficult" for adults until you understand the next method. The bag holding the balloon is heavy loaded to keep the balloon from falling to the ground. The pouch is simply a square piece of fabric folded into a "C" shape and has a handle that can be pulled back. There is no bottom to hold the balloon in place. It must be charged by pointing it vertically straight into the sky or the ball will fall out immediately. The balloon is only held in place when it is pulled back, causing compression. The pouch compresses the balloon to hold it in place, which then allows the arch to be leveled. My best shot wasn't very far, maybe 25-30 yards, so it probably won't be very effective unless you have a very weak throwing arm.
