Great response time and great customer service
The Moderation team is very responsive, helpful with questions about features or issues we have encountered during our testing phase of their product. They are also quick to respond when you need them via email! I wish they offered more training for new users who want help understanding how this tool works in order to use it effectively. We've used moderatecontent as part of an effort at moderating images uploaded by customers using one of our products that allows us to approve/reject photos before being posted online (or not).
Pros
- Easy interface easy access from within my CMS software makes managing moderation work relatively painless; ability accept submissions without having too much back end stuff setup if needed
