This is disappointing because I really wanted to like them - and in a way I like them. About a month ago I bought a cheap pair of JLab Bluetooth headphones from Best Buy and couldn't stand them. They were uncomfortable, the audio was weak, and the battery was incredibly short. I have an hour train commute to and from school, so having a headset that's already 50-60% charged in an hour was an absolute deal breaker. So I read many reviews online about different top quality headphones and finally settled on this one. My last couples have been LGs which I bought when I had my last two iPhones and (for me) the last two I bought were terrible. (Ton Infinity or something like that, they were the worst). So all I knew was that the JLab headphones didn't work for me and apparently LG had suffered a drastic drop in build quality and performance. The sound is really good and I have no complaints about the battery life (yet). Both are a definite improvement over the JLab suite I replaced. But the big problem is connectivity. Even out of my pocket, when the phone is literally held close to my face, I still get poor reception. My music cuts out to the point where I checked my phone multiple times to see if the connection dropped completely. It hasn't completely shut down yet, but it still doesn't work very well for me. To be honest with myself, I think I should have just spent more money and gone with a set of Bose or PowerBeats all along. that everyone seems happy. I'm very wary of spending a lot of money on such things as I'm very often in town and the chances of losing or leaving a headset are pretty high. For now, however, I'd happily leave this headset - listen to it for about an hour while walking around and you'll never want to leave! PRO - Good sound Great battery life (some say it changes after a few months of use, so my battery is great at the moment) Decent fit - I like headsets that also go around my neck CON - Terrible Bluetooth connection (for reference , I have an iPhone 7 256GB, not a 7 plus) The fit of the earphones is fine, but it would definitely be better if there were more earphones in the earphone box (I only have "swirls" and a very small spare set that not working for my larger ears) The buttons might be a bit unresponsive, but I'm not sure if the buttons are actually to blame or just my crappy Bluetooth connection to them. The call tone is SO LOW. But when I turn on the music after the call, my eardrums literally fly out of my head. Well, they're good for music, but I can hardly hear anyone on the phone. But I think a decent part of phoning them, unlike the JLab pair I had last time, is that people can actually understand me. Unfortunately I have no idea what they're saying and the volume doesn't turn up. I hope I have some bums or something because honestly they can be really good for the price. But right now I'm kind of kicking myself that I didn't just spend more money on another pair - because now I have to buy twice.
