This is a great product, really high quality, but I've had a hard time using it. The blade is not easy to charge and is really difficult to use unless you are an expert. I was a little disappointed, but it's most likely user error. If you're expecting to take this out of the box and sculpt the perfect beard, this isn't going to happen. You might need a little practice! And that's from someone with a fairly thick beard that's easy to maintain. A bit embarrassed by the star rating I gave here given the quality of the product but needs to be compensated.
