This has got to be the greatest salesman and product joke I have ever encountered in a purchase. Item descriptions are NOTHING like the item and how well it works. There is no noise cancellation in an earbud. Any sound from dropping a pencil to a door locking, or even a very small gust of wind completely drowned out the sound of the voice. I checked the length of how well the earbud picks up sound from my phone and it was less than 10 feet before it all cut off, no more than 33 meters! If the handset worked for maybe 60 seconds before turning off, the one you're talking to sounded like a robot and was VERY intermittent the entire time. And just so everyone knows I bought TWO of these, one for my mom and one for me. I tried them both and both did the same thing with all the problems. The earbud is a cheap fake that seriously isn't worth $5! Terrible seller who gave Revain a bad name for being a TERRIBLE product!
