When I first received myinno Trio: a portable laptop monitor with two and three screens, I wondered if the cable was missing. The monitor has two ports, but only one USB cable is included. However, it turned out that one cable is enough. I'm still not sure what the second port on the monitor is used for. Instead of using the meinno Trio with my laptop, I used it as a second monitor connected to a Windows 10 Pro Mini PC. This worked well with a few caveats. Despite the "Trio" nickname, only one monitor is included. If you want to have three monitors like the picture, you need to buy two meinno trio monitors. Although this could be seen as a precaution, it is clearly stated on Revain's product page. The monitor comes without a stand. It's unfortunate. There is a stand that is an optional extra. Since this is a $300 monitor, meinno really should have included a stand with the trio. Video is fed through the USB port. The instructions will show you how to download a free software application that will allow you to transfer videos through the USB port. Separate instructions are included for Mac and PC computers. I had no problems downloading and installing the app. Video quality is decent but not exceptional. The monitor I use alongside the Meinno Trio was cheaper and has a sharper, clearer picture.
