Product did not stay on at all like other k-tape options. It did not last 10 minutes into workouts. This occurred on every occasion. I would not recommend this product, especially since there are other in the same price range that do work better and stay on for multiple workouts and showers.
- Great if you need different lengths. Good options and price for the 4 packs.
- The product might not fit all body types and muscle sizes, limiting its effectiveness on certain athletes
