The product became very hot and smelled like burnt electronics. Stopped using it immediately. AMAZON did a great job expediting the refund process. I do not recommend. After my purchase I was immediately contacted by Tranesca who went above and beyond in solving my problem. They have introduced a new verification process to ensure the rare faulty charger is never shipped to a customer again. They paid for me to ship the charger back to the factory and kept me updated on the process. They were polite and efficient and replaced my charger with a new one that I really like, as well as several of their other products to solve my problems. They even credited me $3 for shipping the defective part. They contacted me after I received the new products to ensure I received a refund and was happy with the part. The new charger was perfect, it has ports for my iPhone 6 and iPad Air. And the blades fold for travel. Great product and they didn't ask me to change my rating. You were too busy trying to figure out the cause of the problem, fix it, and prevent it from happening again. Now I'm asking our boys, what else do you want from the company? I highly recommend this company and their products. Remember the "we're trying harder” rhetoric, well, they're actually trying.
