They don't come in professional packaging. Looks like they could have been assembled and packed by anyone. They work great, but it takes a bit of effort to fit them fully into the Brita hard-walled bottle. Then when you try to take it out, the plastic part gets stuck and the filter falls apart, leaving the plastic part at the top of the bottle. I screwed up the first filter trying to figure out why it is so tight and difficult to assemble. Once installed, make sure you are done with the filter before attempting to remove it. It definitely doesn't look like Brita filters. They are very easy to install and remove. these are not very good. I like the price but I'm not sure I'll buy them again.
