Instead of listing my height and weight (two people can be the same height and weight but have completely different proportions), I'm going to list the sizes I usually wear sluggish. I usually wear XL in shirts and 18-20 in pants depending on the brand. I bought the XL belt in orange and it fits perfectly. The orange is a bright pumpkin orange and the buckle is copper in color but not the silvery color of some photos. I knew when I ordered that I had ordered in black last year. I love these straps and will probably order a few more in the future.
