I like how it can be used by multiple people because you don't have to buy another license if one person loses or deletes his/her copy! You do need 2 licenses (but only 1 user) which makes this program expensive but not having separate prices per licensed users make sense considering most businesses use at least 3 employees who require access to these types of programs daily - so being able to share files between those departments without paying extra fees would save business money as well!! Easy file management & sharing within our organization via Dropbox has saved us time over other storage methods we had previously been using -- there are many different options out there though some may cost far too much compared to what they offer.
