I don't usually write reviews but this label maker blew me away. First off, there are SO MANY cables on this thing, and they come out the back, making the label's ease of delivery a nightmare. Then, although setup wasn't that difficult, the printer feeds the label in and then reverses it before stopping. sticky side and get stuck, clogging the feed. Indeed? So when it was printed there was a streak across the print, it looks like the thermal platen isn't heating up properly. Then, after printing about half a dozen stickers, it decided not to work at all and not "talk" to my computer even though it was connected with a USB cable. could i understand why maybe, but by that point I was done with it. Sorry, I thought this thing would make my life easier, but it just pissed me off.
