The watch is beautiful, the dial is easy to read and the adjustment is easy. The face light color picker function is attractive to children and easy to use. Unfortunately the number disappeared on what we received, within the first two weeks of using the display. Other points that could be better: There's no protrusion around the bezel, so even small bumps can leave big scratches on the clear plastic. The band is very soft, maybe too flexible if you have a kid playing with stretching. The small spring bars that attach the strap to the watch are a bit flimsy and easy to pull out. Unless you got a faulty LED like we did, this is a good watch for a mind minded kid. For a kid who throws things around and plays with the watch strap (ie, my kid), something more durable, like the Timex with a woven strap, might be a better choice.
