The ease with which one could connect via email or phone number was very helpful because it eliminated having multiple ways for my employees communicate back about their availability/unavailability to work at certain times during our business day! It would be nice if there were more options outside just "available" vs not available (i am looking into this currently). We are able solve some scheduling issues that we had before using blue crew but nothing major so far!! Overall great product. I wish i knew how many people used bluCrew prior compared now after starting us up ourselves haha :) I like that it allows me access for my team members (employees) who are remote or out with family sick etc.. It helps keep us all up date even if we're not physically there! The ability also has helped our business grow because they have been able create new opportunities which was very helpful at this time where work force shortages were happening across many industries/sectors including mine!!
