I found this bracelet comfortable and it holds the settings for two weeks while wearing it. I have large male hands and small to medium wrists (I use the small Inspire 2 silicone strap). This strap stretches enough to slip on and off while still being securely attached to my wrist. So far it has kept its shape and elasticity, it is soft and comfortable without leaving marks on my wrist like a silicone strap. I haven't soaked it and I don't take it off in the shower, so I can't comment on its durability or comfort when wet. I was concerned it might snag or fray, but I had no issues with the jacket's long sleeves or velcro closures. Overall a good first impression.
