I purchased this cover with a weighted comforter which I purchased separately. The cover has 8 attachment points to hold the weighted blanket in place (3 top and bottom, 1 on each side). The ties look too small to tie through a weighted blanket, but they aren't. Just make sure you pull on the weighted comforter and bedspread every time you adjust the position so you don't put extra strain on the drawstrings. I'm used to it because I use a lot of bed sheets. The zipper isn't the best in the world, but I had no problems closing or opening it. It's very soft and the yellow color goes well with my decor for any season! It's very soft!
